DTZ has appointed CMBS research veteran Hans Vrensen as global head of research.
Vrensen will reporting to Isaac Krymolowski, global head of consulting and research, Hans will be responsible for leading DTZ research worldwide, managing the research teams in the U.K., CEMEA and APAC and the global forecasting and real estate strategy teams. He joins DTZ on November 9, 2009.
Prior to joining DTZ, Vrensen held the position of co-head of European securitization research at Barclays Capital, where his team consistently achieved top rankings. Prior to this, he held several positions in equity and debt analysis and investment management, in the USA and the U.K. These included senior credit officer at Moody's Investors Service and vice president of LaSalle Investment Management.
Vrensen is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds both a real estate and economics degree
