DLA Piper UK 's finance and projects group has hired Costanza Russo, who is also an expert in securitization, as a partner based in the firm's London office.
Costanza was a senior associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker (Europe) in their London office.
Russo's current practice is mainly in the area of project finance. She was part of projects in Eastern and Western Europe, specializing in infrastructure projects.
Additionally, she also has significant experience in acquisition finance, real estate finance, bond issue, securitization and structured finance transactions, particularly the Italian market.
