Conyers Dill & Pearman hired Tara Rivers for its Cayman Islands office.
She joined the firm as attorney-at-law, boosting its corporate and investment funds presence in the Cayman Islands.
The new hire will practice corporate and commercial law, specializing in investment funds, securitization and structured finance matters.
Before joining Conyers Dill, she was an associate in Allen & Overy’s London office, where she worked in the international capital markets team.
During her time at the firm, she helped structure and execute a number of "firsts", including establishing the first U.K. building society RMBS master trust program and the first CMBS covered bond program.
