Citigroup has priced a $352 million CLO for Apidos Capital Management, according to a person familiar with the transaction.
The fund, Apidos CLO VIII, includes a $231.2 million 'AAA' slice that has a coupon of Libor plus 150 basis points.
Apidos Capital Management is a unit of real estate investment trust Resource America. It manages approximately $5.8 billion of speculative-grade credit assets in CLOs, investment funds and separate accounts.
