Citigroup is marketing Apidos Capital Management’s new $395 million CLO, according to people familiar with the deal.
Apidos CLO VIII is expected to include a $264.4 million piece rated 'AAA' by Standard & Poor's, the people said.
Apidos Capital Management is a unit of REIT Resource America. It manages approximately $5.8 billion of speculative-grade credit assets in CLOs, investment funds and separate accounts.
