Carrington Investment Services has hired Kevin Cooke Jr. as managing director.
Cooke will focus on business development and institutional clients by helping to grow real estate businesses.
The new hire reports to Bill King, Carrington Holding Co.’s chief investment officer, who has also recently joined Carrington.
Cooke’s most recent position was senior vice president of the sales and business development unit for AMS Servicing, a division of Arbor Commercial Mortgage in New York.
Prior to AMS, he was senior vice president at MOS Group, an Irvine, California-based mortgage outreach services company.
