Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP announced that N. Adele Hogan has joined the corporate department of the New York office.
Hogan is an experienced transactional lawyer recognized for her expertise in the securities and M&A area. She represents financial institutions in public underwriting and private securities transactions as well as issuers in a wide array of industries on offerings of both debt and equity securities.
She also represents clients in public company mergers, tender offers, going-private transactions, and spin-offs.
Hogan joins Cadwalader from the capital markets/securities practice at White & Case LLP.
