Cadwalader Boosts Charlotte Securitization Practice

Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft hired Joseph Beach for its Charlotte office as special counsel in the capital markets department. His practice will focus on loan finance and securitization.

Beach represents major investment banks, financial institutions, asset managers, commercial paper conduits and fund managers in secured financings and ABS. His background is mainly focused on ABCP and securitization. He specializes in broadly syndicated loan securitizations and middle market loan warehouse financing and securitizations. The new hire also has experience financing structured settlements and lease receivables.
