Allonhill Hires Director of Sales

Allonhill, a Denver-based national mortgage due diligence and credit risk management firm, announced it hired Mike Hartman to serve as director of sales.

Hartman, who most recently served as a vice president for JP Morgan Chase, will oversee the sales department, in addition to developing and building client relationships for the company’s due diligence and credit risk management services.

Hartman has 10 years of residential mortgage experience, primarily in collateral analysis spanning the credit spectrum from prime to nonperforming loans.  He has developed and managed teams for various business units at JP Morgan Chase, where implemented strategies resulting in increased loan purchases and revenue.

Hartman managed a team of 12 analysts and associates to grow JPMorgan’s securitization platform. His team’s responsibilities included analytical preparation for bidding on whole loans and bundling collateral into securities. While at JPMorgan, Hartman also acted as a lead project manager of a risk management team, which successfully modified loans to prevent foreclosures and refinanced non-Agency loans into agency-eligible loans.

Hartman’s arrival comes at a period of tremendous growth for the firm, which has doubled its workforce in the past six months.
