"The U.S. remains the largest capital market in the world. It is a vital source of funding, not just for the domestic economy, but for companies around the world,” said Thomas Jones, managing partner of the U.S. law practice in Europe comments. “Tapping into it requires advice on how to navigate substantial regulatory and liability issues, and you need experienced lawyers on the ground where the deals are being done. Williams will greatly enhance our ability to help clients in Europe access the U.S. capital markets."
