Chase Prices Upsized Credit Card ABS

Chase priced its $900 million (upsized from $600 million) Class A(2013-6) credit card receivables-backed notes today, according to a regulatory filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

ASR had previously reported that the deal may be upsized to as much as $1.2 billion.

The notes priced at a spread of one-month Libor plus 42 basis points.

J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse and HSBC were the underwriters.

The Class A(2013-6) notes are a tranche of the Class A notes of the CHASEseries.
