Lead managers on Ally 's $1.2 billion deal were Deutsche Bank Securities, RBS Securities, and JPMorgan Securities.
Meanwhile, co-managers on the offering were BNP Paribas, Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets, RBC Capital Markets, Scotia Capital, and UBS Securities.
The Santander deal, which was lead managed by JPMorgan Securities, was worth $1.04 billion.
