Jessica Moser

Vice President, Channel Development

Jessica Moser leads Channel Development for Market & Growth Strategies.  In this role, she is responsible for building out new distribution capacity through the right private exchange and technology platform deals, as well as ensuring effective onboarding of entities and continual refinement of additional capabilities to drive growth and business impact. \nPrior to this role, she was responsible for developing and driving MetLife’s public exchange strategy and leading the execution of MetLife’s Health Care Reform program.   She has also been responsible for strategic program implementations, including MetLife’s largest group customer, the TRICARE Dependents program.  This program provides dental coverage to family members of uniformed service active duty personnel, as well as military reserve members and their families.  Prior to the TRICARE implementation, Jessica was responsible for directing Insurance Products strategy and managing the technology and business planning process for multiple products and services.\nJessica joined MetLife in 1998, with over 10 years of experience in the information management field in such companies as EMI-Capitol Music Group and Ernst and Young.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Arts degree from Hunter College.  She lives in New York City with her husband and children.
