Cindy Fletcher is a principal in Archstone Consulting's Strategy practice. She has more than 20 years of consulting experience in the utilities, high tech and consumer goods industries. She has managed and overseen the delivery of strategic initiatives including post-merger integration, ERP rationalization (in a merger context), business case development and change management across a wide number of clients.
