Walter Investment Changes Titles of Green Tree Executives

Now that Walter Investment Corp. has officially purchased subservicer Green Tree Servicing, St. Paul, Minn., and its parent company, GTCH Holdings, it has changed certain job duties of executives that joined the firm.

In a recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Walter said Charles Cauthen, GTCH's president and chief operating officer, will now serve as just COO, and chief financial officer.

Kimberly Perez, GTCH's vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, is now a senior vice president and chief accounting officer.

Cheryl Collins, formerly a Green Tree SVP and CFO, has been named SVP and treasurer.
Green Tree's subservicing clients include Fannie Mae, and other firms.
