Walker & Dunlop named Michelle Warner and Edward Williams as co-heads of its FHA finance division. They will be responsible for all aspects of the Federal Housing Adminstration (FHA) finance program.
Warner joins the company from Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage and Williams has been promoted into his new role.
Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Warner was FHA chief underwriter/program manager for Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage where she managed the FHA program including loan structuring, credit risk management, program compliance, HUD relationships and staff across the country.
Warner was also vice president at Primary Capital Advisors where she managed the underwriting, closing and servicing groups for the Atlanta based commercial mortgage banking firm.
Williams joined Walker & Dunlop in February 2009 as vice president of FHA finance and was subsequently promoted to deputy chief underwriter.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Williams was an underwriter at Column Guaranteed/Credit Suisse. Before joining Column Guaranteed, Williams was a financial analyst/underwriter with AGM Financial Services.
Warner will be based in Walker & Dunlop’s Bethesda, Maryland office while Williams is based out of the company's Atlanta office.
