Walker & Dunlop will be opening its twelfth national office in Madison, WI, making it the second location in the state. Michael Lee and Matthew Lund will be vice presidents in the new office and will focus on the financing of all types of income-producing properties.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Lee and Lund worked at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital specializing in originating and structuring commercial real estate financing for all property types.
“As Walker & Dunlop expands, it is imperative that we focus on both maintaining and strengthening our position in all regions and our newest office highlights this objective," said Howard Smith, the company’s executive vice president and chief operating officer.
He added that expanding the firm's presence in Wisconsin directly reflects its commitment to hire and retain talent.
