U.K. mortgage lender Paragon said preparations for its next securitization deal are well on the way.
In the group's interim management statement, Paragon said that lead managers had been appointed for the deal. They would determine when the deal should be launched based on market conditions.
European securitization transactions have up to this month experienced continued improving market conditions, although public market deal flow came to a halt in July as a result of Greek's sovereign default.
A Eurozone resolution package has, however, improved market sentiment and it is likely that issuance will resume after the summer months, industry analysts said.
