We are extremely pleased that Tim and Mark are joining the Clearbrook family and believe they will be instrumental in helping us build our franchise."

"We are very excited about joining this rapidly growing, entrepreneurial firm," Ng said. "Mark and I believe we have a lot to offer and feel that we can help leverage Clearbrook's established platform to provide pro-active consulting and investment services to the firm's clientele. Clearbrook has strong groups of seasoned consulting and investment professionals, serving a multitude of institutional and high net worth investors. The combined expertise in long only and alternative investments between the two firms will put us in a unique position to offer innovative and customized solutions involving multiple asset classes. We believe Clearbrook will be able to provide attractive offerings to clients and prospects who are increasingly, seeking solutions across equities, fixed income, private equity and hedge funds."
