Nikpour was the founder of DealMaker Portal, a website and database company that facilitates targeted searches for professionals in the mergers and acquisitions industry. He earlier served as Associate Publisher of The Deal and, in a previous stint at SourceMedia, managed Money Management Executive, a news service focusing on the mutual-fund industry.
