Gregory Heher and Thomas Cullum are the latest in a series of hires to Sandler O’Neill & Partners' fixed-income group.
Herer joins the group as a principal and Cullum joins as a managing director with a focus on corporate bonds. Both are based in New York.
Heher will play a significant role in the firm’s market making and principal transactions in the corporate bond markets. This marks a return to the firm for Heher who previously worked as a managing director at Sandler O’Neill and left the firm in 2009 to become vice president and head of corporate bond trading at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.
Cullum was previously a client relationship manager for Banquo Credit Management. Before that, he served as head of fixed-income in Europe for Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. He was based in London.
