Trepp CMBS Analytics on the Web™ clients can currently have a direct feed of S&P's commercial mortgage research headlines, with links back to deeper research that is offered on the S&P Global Credit Portal investor analytics platform. The S&P research offering has analysis and commentaries from S&P Ratings and S&P Valuations and Risk Strategies across the structured finance marketplace.
All of S&P's CMBS research featured on the Trepp platform comes from S&P's Global Credit Portal, a Web-based platform bringing together content, data and assessment tools for portfolio credit officers and other financial market professionals from S&P as well as other leading information providers.
