Debra Huddleston joined Ranieri Real Estate Partners as managing director and head of real estate structured products.
Huddleston was previously a managing director at BlackRock in the firm's financial markets advisory group from 2008 to 2011. At BlackRock, she advised clients in managing their capital markets exposure and businesses.
Prior to BlackRock, she was at Credit Suisse where she was a managing director and most recently served as head of special situations for the residential mortgage department. She was also co-head of the commercial real estate structured finance group and the client services group at the bank.
Before joining Credit Suisse in 1996, Huddleston was with Citicorp Securities in its commercial mortgage finance group. From 1989 to 1992, she was with Salomon Brothers in real estate investment banking.
