Gregg Silver has resigned as senior vice president at Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank Ltd. The move is effective July 16. No word yet on where Silver, an expert on commercial paper financings, is headed.
Eric Eckes has left Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America Inc. (MMCA) to join Pacific Rim Capital, Inc. as chief financial officer. During his 12 years at MMCA, Eckes led the company in issuing over $4 billion in public and private asset securitizations. Sue Tyner will replace him.
