Thomas Parachini has joined SNR Denton's London banking and finance department.
He was formerly at Ford Motor Credit Co.’s European subsidiary FCE Bank where he was managing attorney for treasury/capital markets. He was also the auto firm's assistant corporate secretary. Parachini will join the London-based team as a partner.
At Ford Credit, Parachini was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s European treasury funding programs, specifically its securitization programs. He has worked on a wide range of deals, with a focus on securitization of retail auto loans, retail auto leases, and dealer floorplan finance receivables.
Before Ford Credit, he was a member of the structured finance team at Thacher Proffitt & Wood in New York, where he represented issuers and underwriters in residential RMBS offerings.
