O’Melveny & Myers has appointed Washington,DC-based partner Jeffrey Kilduff as the firm-wide chair of its securities litigation practice group.
Kilduff has been with the firm for more than 20 years, concentrating on securities litigation and enforcement matters as well as anti-trust litigation and counseling.
His practice has focused on class action defense, the defense of derivative litigation on behalf of individuals and companies, internal corporate investigations, and compliance counseling.
Kilduff's anti-trust experience includes various class actions involving companies in the insurance, healthcare, airline, and paper industries.
