Warren, Michigan-based provider of commercial and residential mortgage default management solutions Five Brothers has introduced a new tool that helps speed up and simplify the preparation, delivery, notarization and tracking of all mortgage documents.
Users can benefit from its flexible structure, which allows the DocPRO document delivery solution to be compatible with various existing document management systems.
DocPRO combines information accessible through technology with direct borrower contact data gathering and communication as a way to expedite “crucial loan paperwork,” the company said.
DocPRO loan processing includes five steps: the automatic creation and population of document templates, the output and delivery of documents directly to the borrower’s home, the on-site notarization of these documents and their immediate return to the lender-servicer, and complete document tracking and reporting while requiring minimal user effort.
