Christopher Harrison has joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its business and finance practice in London, the law firm said in today’s release.
In his new role, Harrison acts for financial institutions, sponsors, and corporates on domestic and cross-border finance transactions under English law. He advises issues including acquisition finance, debt restructurings, asset-based lending and project financings.
Harrison’s clients include various Fortune 500 companies in industries including financial services, manufacturing, life sciences, retail, communications and transportation.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Harrison worked at Morrison & Foerster’s London office.
The law firm recently expanded its U.S. base with a finance and restructuring team in Boston, an energy transactions team in Houston, and a corporate and tax team in Chicago.
