Due diligence provider Risk Management Group (RMG) said that Charles Cacici has resigned from his position as managing member of the firm. Cacici plans to focus on personal endeavors, according to a statement from RMG.
RMG’s team will now be led by fellow RMG partners Joseph and John Cafiero. Both have over 25 years experience within the mortgage industry, and co-founded RMG in 2003.
John has been a co-managing member of RMG since it started and has worked alongside Cacici in RMG's day-to-day business operations. He will assume Cacici’s role.
Joseph will focus on certain divisions within RMG. Both will also operate the CREMAC Commercial Finance companies, RMG’s current operations and business lines remain unaffected by the transition.
