Lender Processing Services (LPS) hired Nancy Murphy as vice president of investor relations.
Murphy has worked 17 years in financial strategy and analysis, business development and relationship management.
Most recently, she directed investor relations for Stein Mart and before that served as head of investor relations for Providian Financial Corp. in San Francisco.
Murphy was also vice president of Providian's treasury department and was the manager of institutional funding.
Before that, she worked in corporate banking for Westpac Banking Corp. and for The Bank of New York.
"We're fortunate to have a finance professional of Nancy's caliber to lead LPS' investor relations efforts," said LPS Chief Financial Officer Tom Schilling. "She will be a strong addition to the LPS executive team and is eager to provide outstanding support to the investment community."
