Linklaters has hired Patrice Doat as its new capital markets partner.
Doat joins the firm in Paris from Gide Loyrette Nouel, where he started in 1994 and became partner in 2004. He will start his position with Linklaters at the beginning of September.
Doat specializes in structured finance and securitization, and represents both U.S. and European investment banks.
