Konstantin Kroll has joined Jones Day as a capital markets partner resident in Moscow, the law firm announced Monday.
Kroll arrives from the Moscow office of Allen & Overy, where he led that firm's debt capital markets and derivatives practice in Russia.
Kroll's practice focuses on debt and equity capital markets transactions, structured finance and derivatives. He has acted for both issuers and managers on Russian and other international initial public offerings.
He also advises clients on a broad range of debt, equity and synthetic instruments, repackagings and securitizations. He has significant experience in banking, project finance and M&A transactions.
