Jefferies has tapped Paul Sandoli, a former managing director at Bear Stearns, as head of its ratings advisory group.
Sandoli, who headed Bear Stearns’ leveraged finance ratings advisory business, will be responsible for leading the firm’s efforts in providing credit rating and capital structure advice and analysis to Jefferies’ corporate clients during capital raising and while they’re arranging acquisition financing.
Prior to his time at Bear Stearns, Sandoli spent six years in Goldman Sachs’ risk management and rating agency advisory group.
