Interactive Mortgage Advisors (IMA), Denver, is auctioning off a $57 million portfolio of bulk servicing rights for an undisclosed seller.
The MSRs are tied to Fannie Mae loans originated in California.
According to an offering circular issued by IMA, the product is relatively new (six months of seasoning) and is skewed toward fixed-rate loans. The average loan balance is $223,000.
The bid deadline is early next week.
Known for subprime financing, the sponsor has been making inroads lending to near-prime customers in the last couple of years.
Spreads ranging from 16-18 basis points over the three-month, interpolated yield curve on the P1 (Moody's) and F1+ (Fitch) notes, to 160 to 170 over the benchmark on the class D notes.
