HSBC adds two more, from Bear and CDC

The ramp up continues.

HSBC Securities has hired George Smith from Bear Stearns and Rob Diorio from CDC IXIS North America.

This follows last week's shake up when HSBC -- parent of Household International, one of the largest finance company's in the U.S. -- poached three senior members from ABN AMROs asset-backed group: structurers Dan Costin, Cyrus Mohebbi and syndicate head Caroline Morrill

At Bear Stearns, Smith led the ABS syndicate and trading desks. Prior to CDC, Diorio was a co-head of the securitization group at Merrill Lynch
