BDO Valuation Advisors has hired Greg Adams as director and national real estate practice leader, the firm announced.
Adams has been involved in real estate valuation, consulting, asset management and financial analysis for more than 21 years.
He has experience in the analysis and valuation of office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hotel, condominium, single-family residential developments, mixed use developments, vacant land and special purpose facilities.
Before joining BDO Valuation Advisors, Adams worked in the real estate valuation and consulting practice at Duff & Phelps, and in the real estate consulting group of the financial advisory services practice at Deloitte.
In addition, he performed asset management and financial analysis at Atlanta real estate brokerage Carter and Associates, and spent 11 years in the fee appraisal industry.
