Financial Guaranty Insurance Co. has hired Glenn Fox to join its London team specializing in public finance and public/private partnerships transactions throughout Europe.
Fox joins as a director, working under Managing Director and head of International Finance Robert Velins. Fox was most recently with MBIA, also focusing on European PFI and PPP transactions.
Spreads ranging from 16-18 basis points over the three-month, interpolated yield curve on the P1 (Moody's) and F1+ (Fitch) notes, to 160 to 170 over the benchmark on the class D notes.
