Exact Mortgage Experts launched its Intelligent Mortgage Servicing Platform today. The new offering will allow Exact clients to access up-to-date management information on the performance of their portfolio at anytime.
The platform utilizes credit analysis to facilitate mortgage account administration and collection strategies, thereby helping lender and borrower performance.
Exact can now monitor the credit performance of existing customers to identify behavioral changes, The firm can also provide up-to-date risk assessment by applying an effective collections strategy to loans, managing director Alan Cleary said.
Cleary added that the “one-size-fits-all approach” is no longer effective. This new platform, he said, will allow Exact to “shake up” the market and benefit customers, while providing accurate information to lenders without losing money. He cited the lack of underlying asset value when evaluating a borrowers ability to pay.
