Eleni Skordaki has joined Dechert's finance & reale state practice as partner in the London office.
Skordaki focuses on advising banks and other financial institutional in real estate financings and restructurings and was formerly the head of Olswang’s real estate finance practice.
She is a member of the Investment Property Forum and the Loan Market Association and is a regular panellist and contributor at leading real estate finance events.
Over the past two years Dechert’s London Finance & Real Estate team has acted on the acquisition or financing of the acquisition of more than $10 billion of debt, on the restructuring of in excess of $6 billion of debt and on more than $20 billion of capital markets and structured finance transactions, according to the press release. Skordaki joins a finance & real estate team of 115 lawyers.
