In one multi-document filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, DVI Receivables Corp. VIII and other related securitization entities published its servicing reports for the September payment dates, as well as various letters to the trustee, U.S. Bank.
Because the servicer is in disagreement with the trustee and the investor committee over whether or not an early amortization event occurred, DVI will not forward any servicer advances to the trustee if used to pay principal on outstanding ABS.
DVI will make its scheduled interest payments due today, and will continue making scheduled interest payments on all the trusts, as if no Early Am had occurred.
