Gulden Kazandag, former director of global credit derivatives and securitization, has left Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, sources said. There's no confirmation yet on her whereabouts, though some believe she will be focused on the Republic of Turkey.
Kazandag was understood to have participated in a mandate that Dresdner clinched from Mexican housing finance company Metrofinanciera for what could be the first cross-border real estate receivable deal from that country.
In May, she formed part of a panel at the 3rd Annual Securitization in Latin America Summit that pondered the question: "What is really necessary to do a cross-border deal with Mexican assets?"
