Deutsche Bank has hired Dan Voloshin as a director in CMBS trading, said a person familiar with the move.
Voloshin will trade CMBS based at the bank’s New York office. He will report to Aaron Greenberg, who co-heads CMBS trading with Arnie Zhou, and is responsible for private label CMBS.
Voloshin was previously with Barclays. He begins his new position in September.
With a high proportion of fixed-rate, interest-only underlying loans, the notes have almost no amortization, and three CRE loans have standalone, investment-grade opinions.
The fixed-rate loans are divided into three sub-pools that relied on rating methods from the RMBS, CMBS and ABS sectors to assess their risks.
