DebtX launched availability of DXMarket Datasm, a new information service that offers loan buyers with more analysis and insight about transactions executed at www.debtx.com.

A subscription service made for loan buyers, DXMarket Datasm offers secondary loan market commentary. Members of the firm's trading and capital markets staff offer regular commentary about secondary loan market trading conditions, debt capital markets activity as well as other topics.

The service also has CMBS loan collateral prices. Each month, DebtX prices over 60,000 CRE loans in 600 CMBS trusts with $700 billion in aggregate principal balance.

DebtX also offers insight about its valuation approach for asset types that are most commonly offered for sale at www.debtx.com. The new product features a ranked list of data elements that can be highly predictive of an asset’s value when incorporated into valuation models.

The firm also offers an indication of the breadth of discretionary capital allocated to the secondary loan market as well as the activity level of investors in the market.

It also conducts analysis of commercial mortgage lending spreads for income-producing property types. The data is collected quarterly from thousands of regulated financial institutions, such as savings banks, S&Ls, commercial banks, credit unions and insurance companies.

DXMarket Datasm gives loan buyers an edge by providing additional analysis from a team of
experts with unmatched insight into the world’s largest and most liquid marketplace for whole
loans,” DebtX CEO Kingsley Greenland  said. “DXMarket Datasm provides loan buyers with
trade-based market intelligence that isn’t available from any other source.”
DXMarket Datasm is continually updated to provide market participants with the latest
information about DebtX’s marketplace.
