Credit Suisse has hired Jason O'Brien as a U.K. ABS salesman. O'Brien, who starts working at Credit Suisse in mid-July, will report to Kevin Whyman, who is head of European ABS sales, according to a Credit Suisse spokesman.
O'Brien was previously at Jefferies where he was hired in August 2009 as a senior vice president for MBS/ABS sales.
Prior to his stint at Jefferies, O'Brien, who was based in London, worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland where he was a director in the structured product and solutions credit group.
