Cole Real Estate Investments hired Jeffrey Holland as head of capital markets and executive vice president.
In his new role, Holland will offer strategic direction and oversee all aspects of the capital markets and the distribution company at the firm. This will include external and internal sales, marketing, broker-dealer relations, due diligence, and securities operations.
Holland has 15 years of industry experience in the capital markets arena. Just before joining Cole, he was the chief operating officer of BlackRock’s U.S. retail division. He was mostly responsible for corporate strategy, financial management and leading new business initiatives that cross distribution channels.
He previously served as co-head of product development and management at BlackRock’s U.S. retail division. Before BlackRock, Holland was with Raymond James & Associates, where he was the head of separately managed accounts and mutual fund wrap programs.
