Kenneth Margala has been hired as director at Cantor Commercial Real Estate (CCRE) where he will focus on loan origination.
Margala was previously executive director at UBS Investment Bank where he focused on CMBS, bridge and mezzanine transactions.
Prior to this, he was a real estate consultant for several financial institutions at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. He has also served as a regional manager for the Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs conduit groups.
Margala will be based in the firm's Newport Beach location and will report to Anthony Orso, chief executive officer of CCRE. The move builds the firm’s expansion in California and other West Coast markets.
