James Meleones joins Clayton Holdings as senior managing director of commercial real estate (CRE) services at the company
Meleones will be responsible for all aspects of Clayton 's commercial real estate practice, including loan-level due diligence, loan and portfolio valuation and portfolio oversight and strategy.
He will report directly to Paul Bossidy, president and CEO of Clayton.
He brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the position. Most recently, he spent 15 years at Bank of America where he was the national underwriting manager for the bank's CMBS business, responsible for structuring, underwriting and pricing all loans originated for securitization.
Meleones previously spent 20 years at Continental Wingate Co. where he focused on commercial real estate.
