The 2009-A3 was $600 million and was led by Citigroup Global Markets. Banc of America Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities and RBS Securities were all co-managers on the deal.
Meanwhile, the 2009-A4 was $650 million. The deal had the same set of underwriters as the 2009-A3 offering.
