After Citibank priced two credit card offerings on Friday,  Chase is following suit by coming to market with a card deal.

The originally $1 billion deal, which was upsized to $1.525 billion, was led by JPMorgan Securities. Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank Securities were co-managers on the transaction.
