Chase Preps $600M Credit Card ABS

Chase is planning to issue $600 million of securities backed by credit card receivables, according to a regulatory filing.

The Class A(2013-6) notes are a tranche of the Class A notes of the CHASEseries. The size of the offering may be increased to $1.2 billion.

J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse and HSBC are the underwriters.

At the minimum $600 million size, the tranche would increase the amount of Class A notes outstanding to $26.03 billion and the total outstandings from the CHASEseries notes to $31.975 billion.
